Our Services Here at Ixia Dental we provide a full range of general dentistry on both NHS and an affordable Private basis.
We also provide services such as cosmetic dentistry, teeth whitening, Bicon® dental implants and Six Month Smiles®.
Our Charges & Payment Policy Both NHS and Private fees are displayed in the practice and on our website.
If you would like a printed copy please ask a member of our team who will be happy to give you a copy.
After your examination you will receive a detailed breakdown of the cost of your treatment and payment schedule.
Payments should be made as you progress through your course of treatment with the balance being settled prior to your last appointment.
We are happy to accept Cash, Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard.
We are sorry but we are unable to accept cheques, American Express or other credit cards.
Appointments Appointments can be made in person or by telephone on 020 8907 9575.
Please feel free to request the dentist of your choice and we will endeavor to arrange your appointment accordingly.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment then we kindly request that you telephone us as soon as possible so that we may be able to offer the appointment to another patient.
Please note that failure to attend an appointment or late cancellation may result in a charge or exclusion from our patient list.
In the event of a dental emergency, please contact us as soon as you can during our normal opening hours and we will try to offer you the soonest available appointment possible.
Out of hours cover is provided by the NHS and we request that you call 111 or the emergency number available on our answering service or website.
Please note that there may be a charge for out of hours emergency appointments.
